Responsibilities
Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in close collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager
Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing materials with internal teams and external agencies
Support rollout of marketing activities and tactics to the field force
Track performance of promotional activities and support KPI-based optimization
Support market research activities and gather relevant market insights
Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and Sales
Manage operational and administrative aspects of marketing activities, including vendor coordination, media bookings, and internal approval processes
Requirements
At a personal level, the Product Manager should be an open-minded, motivated, and collaborative individual with a strong interest in pharmaceutical brand management. The successful candidate will quickly build effective working relationships within the Brand Team as well as with cross-functional colleagues and external partners.
The role requires a proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality operational execution.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Medicine, or a related field
First professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing (e.g., trainee or junior marketing role) with exposure to brand or product-related activities
Strong interest in pharmaceutical brand management and motivation to contribute to the successful execution of marketing initiatives
Ability to quickly understand complex topics and translate strategic direction into well-organized operational activities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, support evaluation of promotional activities, and derive practical implications
Basic understanding of market research, product performance tracking, and sales support activities
Good understanding of the German healthcare environment and willingness to further develop expertise in this area
Strong execution skills with a proactive, hands-on mentality and a high sense of ownership for assigned projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and high organizational standards
Structured, pragmatic working style with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
