About the role

Responsibilities
- You independently lead innovation and optimization projects from concept to completion, managing time, budget, quality, and risks.
- You drive process and IT automations and ensure improvements are sustainably embedded in operations.
- You develop products systematically (concept → MVP → rollout → lifecycle) and define strategy, KPIs, and business cases.
- You facilitate stakeholder formats (workshops, interviews), extract requirements, and make data-driven decisions.
- You prioritize products and projects using evaluation logics/scoring models and continuously optimize the portfolio.
- You identify growth opportunities, leverage synergies with internal and external partners, and support customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project and process management and confident use of common methods and tools.
- Solid product development experience: concept, business case, rollout, and lifecycle management.
- Confident use of portfolio and rating methods (strategy frameworks, scoring models) for prioritization.
- Strong facilitation and interview skills: soundings, workshops, and deriving decision-ready outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills when engaging with business units, partners, and stakeholders.
- Creative and trend-aware: you turn ideas into actionable initiatives.
- Strong customer- and service-orientation, team-player mentality, and IT affinity.
- Confident, solution-oriented approach even in dynamic or challenging situations.
