Responsibilities
Schedule all client appointments monthly in Empathic as billable services.
Contact new clients within 1–2 business days to schedule appointments.
Document all rescheduling attempts and communication efforts.
Review client contacts and service delivery to ensure compliance.
Complete and maintain required assessments for each client.
Ensure all client files include necessary assessments and documents.
Document all client and collateral contacts within 3 business days.
Track and submit mileage and parking expenses within 30 days.
Carry a caseload of 12–15 clients.
Attend monthly Arubah trainings and other trainings assigned by the Treatment Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field required.
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field preferred, especially for programs requiring diagnostic knowledge.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in case management, mental health services, social services, or community-based work.
Experience working with individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or high-needs populations strongly preferred.
