About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager responsible for marketing books, gifts, and games digitally. Developing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the digital marketing of our entire product portfolio (books, gifts, games) across all relevant channels.
  • Developing, executing and optimizing TikTok, Meta and YouTube campaigns with the aim of achieving bestseller placements.
  • Further developing our website as a central showcase — both technically and editorially, with a focus on GEO and modern SEO standards.
  • Independently managing ads on all relevant platforms and coordinating external agencies.
  • Planning and controlling the marketing budget, conducting regular performance checks and reporting to the team.
  • Close collaboration with the Amazon team to develop joint strategies for maximum visibility and sell-through.
  • Ongoing analysis of performance (website, Amazon, campaigns) and deriving innovative GEO and content strategies.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing and search engine optimization (SEO/GEO), ideally with knowledge of AI-supported methods.
  • Strong hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight.
  • Goal- and results-oriented working style with a focus on visibility and conversion.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies and digital campaigns.
  • Enthusiasm for digital sales of books, gifts and games and the ability to motivate others around digital topics.
  • Knowledge of shop systems (e.g., Shopify), tracking, web analytics and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo) is advantageous.
  • Experience in the publishing sector is not a requirement but is welcomed.
  • Openness to using AI and digital tools; confident use of MS Office 365 and Teams is assumed.
