Requirements
- Completed banking qualification or several years of experience in the financial industry
- Ideally experience in back-office functions (e.g., credit operations), trading, or IT
- Alternatively, experience as a relationship manager in corporate or retail banking
- Persuasiveness, as well as the ability to integrate into teams and handle conflicts
- Interest in financial markets and financial products
