Responsibilities

  • Process and assemble tax returns, while ensuring accuracy of client deliverables
  • Organize & scan work papers using office technology
  • Data entry and verification using internet-based software programs
  • Compare data sets to ensure consistency
  • Process engagement letters and other client related documents
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Prioritize workflow and deadlines, while practicing good time and project management skills
  • Interact professionally with internal and external clients while handling inquiries effectively and in an organized and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new computer programs quickly
