Responsibilities
Inside-sales support for the Maghreb region
Monitoring deadlines/appointments and handling complaints
Preparation and management of customer orders
Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
Handling inquiries in French and English, with a focus on clarifying technical questions
Preparation of quotations and quotation follow-up / project follow-up
Requirements
Technical training/qualification or several years of experience in a technical environment
At least 2 years of sales experience as an inside sales representative in industry
Fluent German and French and good English skills
Experience with ERP software (INFOR), CRM systems and common Microsoft programs (MS Office)
Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset and an independent, team-oriented working style
Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%)
Valid driver's license (Class B)
