About the role
- Kundenmanager responsible for the Maghreb region assisting customers in a manufacturing firm. Tasks include order management, CRM data maintenance, and international collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Inside-sales support for the Maghreb region
- Monitoring deadlines/appointments and handling complaints
- Preparation and management of customer orders
- Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
- Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
- Handling inquiries in French and English, with a focus on clarifying technical questions
- Preparation of quotations and quotation follow-up / project follow-up
Requirements
- Technical training/qualification or several years of experience in a technical environment
- At least 2 years of sales experience as an inside sales representative in industry
- Fluent German and French and good English skills
- Experience with ERP software (INFOR), CRM systems and common Microsoft programs (MS Office)
- Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset and an independent, team-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%)
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
