About the role

  • Kundenmanager responsible for the Maghreb region assisting customers in a manufacturing firm. Tasks include order management, CRM data maintenance, and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Inside-sales support for the Maghreb region
  • Monitoring deadlines/appointments and handling complaints
  • Preparation and management of customer orders
  • Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
  • Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
  • Handling inquiries in French and English, with a focus on clarifying technical questions
  • Preparation of quotations and quotation follow-up / project follow-up

Requirements

  • Technical training/qualification or several years of experience in a technical environment
  • At least 2 years of sales experience as an inside sales representative in industry
  • Fluent German and French and good English skills
  • Experience with ERP software (INFOR), CRM systems and common Microsoft programs (MS Office)
  • Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset and an independent, team-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%)
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
