Responsibilities
Inside sales support for the Maghreb region
Appointment management and complaint handling
Preparation and support of customer orders
Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
Processing inquiries in French and English with a focus on resolving technical questions (selection and sizing/design of industrial valves)
Quotation preparation and follow-up / project tracking
Requirements
A technical qualification or several years of experience in a technical environment
At least 2 years of sales experience as an inside sales representative in industry
Fluent German and French and a good command of English
Experience with ERP software (INFOR), CRM systems and common Microsoft programs (MS Office)
Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset and an independent yet team-oriented working approach
Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%) and a valid driving license (Class B)
