About the role

• Responsible for implementing financial system solutions for clients, ensuring technical integration and supporting clients during the go-live period. Engaging with stakeholders and documenting internal processes.

Responsibilities

• The professional will be responsible for implementing financial system solutions at clients, ensuring correct technical integration, alignment with business processes, and providing support during and after go-live.
• Will act in client service and support, negotiating and overseeing the technical and functional implementation of the company's solutions.
• Primarily focused on billing/collections and payment methods solutions.
• Will be responsible for mapping the client's business processes, ensuring adherence to the proposed solution.
• Will assist the client with API and system integrations with billing and payment platforms (Pix, boleto, card, among others).
• Will lead technical and business alignment meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Will perform integration tests, acceptance/homologation, and accompany the client during system go-live.
• Must document workflows, business rules, and commercial and technical guidelines for clients and internal teams.
• Will work in partnership with operations, product, technology and support teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience implementing financial systems, billing/collections or payment methods solutions;
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and activity/task management systems;
• Experience in commercial roles, especially in negotiation, customer service and support;
• Availability to travel;
• Functional knowledge of financial products such as Pix, boletos, cards, and payment reconciliation and settlement;
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders;
• Organized and skilled in project management and implementation scheduling;
• Experience at payment companies, fintechs or payment institutions (IPs/SCDs/SCIPs) is a plus.
