Responsibilities
Management and advisory support for external clients in the national single-channel TV sales, covering product strategies through to offer design
Monitoring and analysis of revenue development and deriving optimization potential in national single-channel TV sales
Designing, developing and implementing sales-support measures and concrete marketing offers in close coordination with external clients
Preparing persuasive sales arguments, product materials and presentations for internal stakeholders
Further development of existing sales-supporting tools into digital, automated solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency
Close collaboration with internal departments such as Sales, Sales Operations / Scheduling, Revenue Control, Media Consulting, Research and IT
Representing the department in internal committees as well as towards external partners
Independent project management for operational special projects
Requirements
Completed degree with a focus on media / online marketing or equivalent qualification and initial professional experience, preferably in product management / marketing of digital offerings
Good knowledge of the German audio and television market
Independent and goal-oriented work style, combined with conceptual and analytical thinking skills
Confident demeanor with clients, customers and sales as well as excellent communication skills
Very good PC skills (MS Office applications - routine presentation creation and business-fluent English skills)
Enjoyment of teamwork and high commitment, diplomatic skills
