Responsibilities
Collaborating on projects related to marketing optimization, operations, insights and data reporting, and customer experience
Reviewing creative assets to ensure compelling guest-facing messaging
Supporting with process efficiencies and executing optimizations
Supporting with data reporting and gathering existing insights
Hosting digital or in-person meetings for cross-functional team collaboration
Preparing detailed meeting notes, agendas, and maintaining organized project records
Requirements
You are studying in an accredited university in your 3rd or 4th year of study working towards a Bachelors degree with some retail experience
You have a dedicated interest in recommerce, circularity, and sustainability
You have experience on the job or in an academic setting multitasking many projects at once, with a diverse range of responsibilities, and are effectively able to adapt to changing priorities
You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
You have strong communication skills and are confident distilling complex information in an easily understood, actionable way
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
