- Lead and mentor a team of Architectural Draftspersons & Compliance Technicians.
- Oversee compliance assessments using our proprietary eCheck software.
- Provide expert insights on zoning laws, building codes, and planning regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to resolve compliance issues.
- Monitor team performance, enhance training programs, and drive efficiency.
- Keep projects on track, ensuring compliance assessments are completed accurately and on time.
- Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving local and international building regulations.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in architecture, compliance, or a related industry.
- Deep knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and planning regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino3D, and/or Revit (bonus points for all three!).
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for reviewing and assessing design documents.
- Experience with automated compliance tools or software-based regulatory assessments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills—you know how to motivate and inspire!
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping deadlines in check.
