About the role

  • Account Manager at a digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare marketing. Managing client accounts and driving strategies for digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing strategy and results.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and campaign setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver SEO, paid ads, web, and other services.
  • Build strong relationships and proactively communicate results.
  • Help retain and grow client accounts by spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Promote and actively embrace a collaborative environment, take ownership of and, show contribution to, a positive company culture.
  • Document work, be thorough while erring on the side of taking too many notes.

Requirements

  • 12+ months of experience selling, consulting or managing digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Website Development, etc.)
  • 12+ months experience in project management.
  • 12+ months experience in customer service or sales.
