About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead discipline engineering teams in the preparation of projects deliverables including detailed design drawings, specifications and cost estimates.
- Manage and track project schedules and costs to identify challenges and develop strategies for delivery of services.
- Liaise and meet with clients regularly to discuss project progress; chair project meetings and ensure preparation of agenda and minutes.
- Ensure all quality reviews are completed, and results are well-documented in accordance with Arcadis’s quality policies.
Requirements
- An engineering license (P.Eng.), or equivalent experience, in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience; a PMP designation is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience managing water and wastewater projects, with a proven record of success.
- Strong knowledge of project management systems, Oracle, PowerBI, MS-Project and P6.
