About the role

  • Senior Graphic Designer leading a team and managing design projects at Arcadis. Focusing on creating impactful graphics in alignment with business needs and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Should have task management skills. They should be able to manage a team of designers, oversee tasks delegation, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide team leadership and direction, motivate, and engage team members, and help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist Team Lead on day-to-day operations and task management activities to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.
  • Provide guidance, and support to the Graphics Team, ensuring that they have the resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively, and manages the team by driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effectively liaise and work with other Senior Graphic Designers (sub-team lead) to ensure alignment between the work groups.
  • Drives/facilitates talent acquisition search to ensure quality and consistent growth of the team.
  • The subject matter expert in graphic design
  • Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, including in-country, GBAs, and other Growth groups such as Global Accounts Management and Global Strategy & Development, and senior leaders within the organization to identify business needs and priorities and ensure that the graphic team's work is aligned with these needs.
  • Delegate tasks to team members, making sure that each member is given appropriate responsibilities based on their skills and experience.
  • Support the various internal programs on processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure that the team can provide the organization with high-quality, work and measurable performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial Enablement Team Leaders from different functions in Manila to ensure alignment of Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) policy implementation and business support. Team up to effectively strategize and plan to achieve goals as a group.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of graphics/multimedia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or an equivalent experience in the field OR, proven graphic & multimedia design experience
  • Advance knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Adobe Photoshop: Advance
  • Adobe Illustrator: Advance
  • Adobe InDesgin: Advance
  • With experience in creating and editing videos
  • Adobe Premier Pro: Intermediate to Advance
  • Adobe After Effects: Intermediate to Advance
  • Adobe Audition and Media Encoder: Fundamentals
  • With insight and experience in other creative apps is a plus
  • UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability.
  • Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across print and digital assets.
