About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating compelling visuals for Neostella's marketing and promotional materials. Collaborating with teams to build the brand and ensure design quality across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative ideation and execution for Neostella marketing and promotional materials, including sales sheets, brochures, infographics, digital and social assets, presentations, and event materials
  • Own and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints
  • Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts, narratives, and scalable design systems
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to other designers
  • Proactively recommend creative approaches and alternative executions that strengthen campaign impact
  • Collaborate with Neostella’s creative agency to ensure brand alignment and support campaign initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while delivering high-quality work on tight timelines
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership to align creative with business goals
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and design documentation
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through careful proofreading and correction of spelling, grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior-level designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, video, and storytelling work
  • Experience providing creative direction and mentoring or managing designer
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients strongly preferred
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Ability to take ownership and operate independently without constant supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Strategic thinker who can balance creative vision with practical execution
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with U.S.-based teams
  • Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
