About the role

  • Scheduler managing complex construction schedules for mission-critical projects in the UK Defence & Security Sector. Involves assessing project progress and developing recovery plans for time and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and analysing complex construction schedules
  • Managing the Integrated Master Schedule
  • Visiting active construction projects and assessing work progress
  • Developing potential recovery plans for time and cost
  • Reviewing and analysing construction claims
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using various industry-standard scheduling software

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working in a scheduling role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with the client and key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with working with NEC contracts
  • Ability to obtain BPSS clearance
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance
