- Query and analyze databases to compile complete dossiers, gathering required information and documents
- Draft analytical reports and technical arguments based on data and legal documents to support requests and appeals
- Conduct investigative work to obtain supplementary information, identifying inconsistencies and opportunities to strengthen arguments
- Rigorously manage deadlines for filings, appeals and administrative stages, keeping the workload up to date and free of backlog
- Prepare reports, analyses and presentations (PPT) with the area’s results
- Use spreadsheets and tracking tools to monitor indicators and requests
- Work collaboratively with other teams to collect documents and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain clear, organized and proactive communication, not relying solely on directed requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Science or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUP)
- Experience managing spreadsheets, operational reports and data analysis
- Task and deadline management tools, preferably Microsoft Planner
- Analytical reasoning for compiling dossiers and preparing appeals
- Strong organization, deadline control and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication with strong argumentation skills
- Proactivity, initiative and intellectual curiosity
- Attention to detail and ability to structure information logically
- Analytical mindset to identify inconsistencies and propose improvements
- Autonomous and investigative profile (does not wait to be assigned tasks)
- Experience with legal documents and routines (contracts, legal opinions, petitions, reports and case progress) – a plus
- Previous experience in the insurance market (home, residential, auto, life or similar) – a plus
