About the role

  • Credit Bureau Quality Analyst investigating credit reporting disputes and ensuring compliance with FCRA regulations. Collaborating with SMEs to meet quality standards and productivity metrics related to dispute operations.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and document all incoming disputes for accurate credit reporting
  • Accountable for daily dispute productivity metrics and FCRA-related SLAs
  • Respond to eOscar for major credit bureau reporting
  • QA & QC for information provided to Credit Bureaus
  • Ensure adherence to FCRA and compliance guidelines
  • Partner with SMEs for accurate dispute decisions and credit reporting
  • Meet overall dispute quality and productivity standards
  • Focus on workflow, client experience, reducing expenses, and efficiency

Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • Two to three years of experience in mortgage lending or disputes operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate skills with Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify root causes
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and SLAs
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Three to five years of work experience in credit disputes, quality, compliance, or business analyst function (preferred)
