About the role

Responsibilities

  • support an expanding portfolio of projects throughout the United States
  • collaborate with scientists, engineers, project managers, and technical experts
  • engage in activities such as land development planning, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, engineering calculations, erosion and sediment control evaluations and layout, and earthwork site design
  • developing permit and construction-level drawings and details
  • preparing technical specifications and report writing for civil and environmental permitting
  • conduct field assignments as needed

Requirements

  • BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline
  • Prior experience with soil erosion and sediment control (internship or full-time employment)
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, or other terrain modeling design software
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Prior internship experience
  • - Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
  • - Experience with engineering software tools such as HydroCAD, WinTR-55, PondPack, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS
