Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage automated marketing programs and email campaigns using Oracle Eloqua
Create dynamic content, segmentation logic, and lead nurturing workflows aligned with campaign objectives
Manage campaign assets including forms, landing pages, email templates, and automation rules
Collaborate with teams to ensure proper integration between Eloqua and Oracle Fusion systems
Maintain data accuracy, compliance with privacy regulations and lead scoring models
Generate dashboards and reports to present insights and recommendations
Continuously test and optimize campaigns through testing and performance feedback loops
Ensure best practices for deliverability, sender reputation, and email compliance
Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and document system configurations
Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions with support from mentors and senior team members
Requirements
Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing funnel optimization
Understanding of marketing attribution models and ROI measurement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
