About the role
- Senior Technical Consultant focusing on Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, converting specifications into solutions. Working independently on integration and training colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Work independently showing expertise and strong ability to convert functional specifications into robust solutions using technical toolsets in Oracle Fusion HCM and/or ERP.
- Conduct and present proof of concepts.
- Share knowledge and train colleagues.
Requirements
- Candidate MUST have experience in SQL
- Candidate MUST have experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template.
- Experience in OIC & integration technologies would be a plus.
- Experience in VBS is preferred.
- Experience in OTBI is preferred.
- Candidates are expected to work independently in a group.
- Ability to train & develop other colleagues.
- End to end implementation/managed support experience of oracle cloud applications.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
- Experience in working with clients / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions.
- Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle HCM or ERP Cloud Fusion areas is desired.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model.
- Fluency in English, strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Having high integrity and who values time.
- Graduate/post-graduate qualification holding B.Tech./BCA/M-Tech/MCA
