Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry, religious education, ethics or health care related field required
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Catholic theology and ethics
- Experience in nurturing the Catholic identity of an organization
- Proven successful program management and/or educational experience
- Experience in health care setting preferred
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative environment
- Effective communications skills
- Demonstrated listening skills
