Oracle HCM Cloud ORC Consultant enhancing Oracle systems focusing on production support and best solutions. Managing projects, collaborating with teams, and mentoring juniors.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage Oracle SaaS HCM ORC functional enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Provide expert-level production support for the ORC area, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the ORC system's functionality and performance.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the stability and reliability of implemented solutions.
Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing necessary controls and measures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Oracle SaaS HCM ORC.
Proven track record in leading and managing complex Oracle SaaS HCM ORC projects.
Expertise in Oracle SaaS HCM ORC functional design, development, and implementation and Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Recruiting, Core HR)
Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula troubleshooting
Experience with security configuration and approval workflows
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages (Nice-To-Have)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (Nice-To-Have)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Nice-To-Have)
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends (Nice-To-Have)
