Responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Developer skilled in both Oracle Application Express (APEX) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (HCM and ERP).
• This hybrid technical role involves designing, building, and maintaining custom APEX applications and OIC integrations that extend and connect Oracle Fusion Cloud to external systems and enterprise applications.
• You'll collaborate with global technical and functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions that improve business efficiency, automation, and user experience.
• Design and build custom Oracle APEX applications that extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities for HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Develop interactive dashboards, workflow extensions, and business process tools connected to Fusion via REST APIs or OIC services.
• Implement authentication and data security aligned with Fusion security roles and OAuth2/OIC tokens.
• Optimize SQL/PLSQL logic, enhance UI with JavaScript and CSS, and maintain version-controlled APEX applications.
• Integrate APEX with Fusion Cloud REST endpoints, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI datasets for analytics.
• Design, build, and deploy OIC integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM/ERP/SCM) and external systems (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or Identity Management platforms).
• Develop real-time and batch integrations using REST/SOAP adapters, FTP, File, and Database adapters within OIC.
• Implement Fusion HCM and ERP integrations using FBDI, ESS jobs, and HCM Extracts.
• Apply best practices for error handling, fault policies, logging, and alerting for reliable production integrations.
• Manage integration security via OAuth2, JWT tokens, and certificate-based authentication.
• Collaborate with functional teams to map business data between HCM, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Maintain integration documentation and participate in quarterly regression testing for Fusion Cloud updates.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills.
• 5+ years total experience in Oracle Cloud development.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX development (APEX 19c or higher).
• 3+ years of deep experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration design and development.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP and/or HCM) modules such as:
• HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent
• ERP: Financials, Procurement, Payables, Receivables, GL
• Solid experience with Fusion REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and HCM Extracts.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, REST API integration, and data mapping.
• Experience managing OIC connections, integrations, and lookups with complex orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience in OAuth2, SAML, and other secure authentication frameworks.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
