About the role
- Project Manager responsible for managing offshore SAP delivery teams with a focus on project planning and execution. Leading coordination between offshore and onshore teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the offshore delivery team, focusing on detailed project planning, tracking deliverables, managing resources, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of all offshore work packages.
- Develop and maintain the detailed offshore project plan and work breakdown structure (WBS).
- Manage offshore workstream leads (Functional, Technical, Integration) and track their progress against defined sprints and milestones.
- Facilitate daily scrums, status meetings, and detailed planning sessions for the offshore team.
- Ensure effective coordination, knowledge transfer, and hand-offs between the offshore and onshore teams.
- Manage resource allocation, utilization, and detailed progress reporting for the offshore delivery center.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Project Manager/Delivery Lead, with significant experience managing large offshore SAP delivery teams.
- Proven expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SolMan).
- Experience managing projects utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.
