About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead moderate to extra-large complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and potential direct reports.
- Design, develop, and manage comprehensive project plans in a complex, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
- Ensure rigorous project documentation and controls are in place to mitigate risk and guarantee timely delivery.
- Leverage superior problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver maximum strategic intent.
- Partner cross-functionally and strategically with project customers, providing tactical and thought leadership to effectively drive project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 Years of People Management experience
- At least 3 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- At least 8 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- At least 3 years of People Management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
