About the role
- POS Project Manager leading the planning and execution of retail display projects for Altavia Middle East. Overseeing production, logistics, and supplier coordination from Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Point-of-Sale / retail display projects
- Convert briefs and designs into production-ready builds
- Manage RFQs, prototypes, sample approvals, and industrialization for rollout
- Coordinate fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing, and installation partners
- Build rollout plans and track execution
- Run QC checks and ensure compliance with agreed specs and brand standards
- Control budget/margin, manage change requests, and secure approvals for variations
- Maintain project documentation
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in POS production / retail rollout / fabrication project management
- Strong understanding of fabrication materials and processes (wood/metal/acrylic; lighting a plus)
- Proven experience managing prototypes, production constraints, and multi-location installs
- Strong negotiation, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel + MS Office; comfortable with project tracking and reporting tools
- Excellent English: Arabic is a plus.
- Regional experiences on following industries: Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury.
