About the role

  • POS Project Manager leading the planning and execution of retail display projects for Altavia Middle East. Overseeing production, logistics, and supplier coordination from Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of Point-of-Sale / retail display projects
  • Convert briefs and designs into production-ready builds
  • Manage RFQs, prototypes, sample approvals, and industrialization for rollout
  • Coordinate fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing, and installation partners
  • Build rollout plans and track execution
  • Run QC checks and ensure compliance with agreed specs and brand standards
  • Control budget/margin, manage change requests, and secure approvals for variations
  • Maintain project documentation

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in POS production / retail rollout / fabrication project management
  • Strong understanding of fabrication materials and processes (wood/metal/acrylic; lighting a plus)
  • Proven experience managing prototypes, production constraints, and multi-location installs
  • Strong negotiation, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Excel + MS Office; comfortable with project tracking and reporting tools
  • Excellent English: Arabic is a plus.
  • Regional experiences on following industries: Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury.
