Requirements
Completed vocational training in gastronomy or a degree in gastronomy, hotel management, or business administration
Further business management training advantageous (e.g., Hotel Business Manager or master-level qualification)
Several years of leadership experience in hospitality or event operations
Confident handling of numbers and financial metrics
Strong organizational skills, social competence and communication skills
Willingness to work weekends; foreign language skills a plus
