About the role

  • Betriebsleiter directing gastronomic operations and team at stadiums for Aramark. Ensure budget control, legal compliance, and guest relations in an engaging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Management of Aramark-operated food and beverage facilities
  • Financial management including budget and cost control, KPIs, and responsibility for results
  • Leadership and development of the team
  • Organization of daily operations and events
  • Point of contact for guests, clients and service providers
  • Implementation of marketing measures and culinary concepts
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy or a degree in gastronomy, hotel management, or business administration
  • Further business management training advantageous (e.g., Hotel Business Manager or master-level qualification)
  • Several years of leadership experience in hospitality or event operations
  • Confident handling of numbers and financial metrics
  • Strong organizational skills, social competence and communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends; foreign language skills a plus
