Responsibilities
Monthly and quarterly preparation of client management accounts
Preparation of annual financial statements for client companies and liaising with auditors
Ensuring data integrity and conducting quality checks on client reports to maintain accuracy.
Management of all financial reporting requests for client funds
Bi-monthly ROI VAT filings
Responsible for filing of company annual returns and other company secretary duties
Trial balance reconciliations across property portfolio
Daily liaising with the property managers
Requirements
Be a qualified accountant with a minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounts preparation and financial reporting
Full understanding of ROS filings
Understanding of RCT (desirable)
Show proven experience in dealing effectively with multiple clients / projects
Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Have an excellent understanding of accounting principles
Have strong organisational & communication skills
Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in property accounting (desirable)
