About the role
- Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence driving data transformation for supply chain data. Consulting and translating requirements into production-grade insights with measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner directly with business leads to define requirements and validate the value of new data products
- BI Development: Design and maintain BI dashboards and AI insights to replace manual, spreadsheet-based processes.
- Data Visualization: Transform proven concepts into production-grade insights, providing long-term support and stakeholder value.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure underlying data views are optimized for reporting and global scale.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve business processes.
Requirements
- Power BI Mastery: Extensive experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, Report Center, and user-centric dashboard design
- Financial/Business Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data structures and navigate the transition from manual legacy tools to automated BI.
- Bachelor’s degree (or proven successful business experience) in business administration, marketing or a related field
- 2-3 experience in analysis, and Strong ability to interact with stakeholders and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of BI projects
- Analytical Mindset: Focused on scaling proven concepts to serve many users globally.
- Learning Mindset: Open-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and approaches as the BI + AI ecosystem evolves.
