About the role
- Application Developer in Colombia designing and implementing innovative solutions for client needs. Involvement in full lifecycle from development to post go-live support.
Responsibilities
- You will participate in the design and development of applications and interfaces, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- You will design, develop and enhance IT interfaces between systems, and extend and improve existing SAP solutions.
- You will take part in the implementation lifecycle, including planning and executing tests, managing technical deployments, and providing post go-live support to ensure solution stability and performance.
- You will actively contribute to pre-sales and advisory activities, applying your technical expertise to support decision-making, proposing end-to-end custom development solutions, and contributing to proposals.
- You will contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by building new business solutions tailored to client needs, supporting the development of Arago tools, and assisting with new product implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Solid IT background combined with Core HR knowledge
- Experience with backend development, Java 17+, APIs, and SQL queries
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue.js, jQuery, and React
- Good understanding of CI/CD fundamentals
- Comfortable with coding, development, testing, and support activities
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and client relationship management
- Good command of English
