Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for project management.
- Lead teams in developing new concepts and defining product, process, and IT requirements.
- Independently lead consulting engagements and develop sustainable solutions for business and IT challenges.
- Ensure sustainable implementation and support clients through to successful rollout.
- Build lasting relationships, expand your network, and acquire new engagements.
- Actively help shape APP as a co-owner/partner.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Computer Science, or Law
- Three to five years of experience delivering IT-related projects in consulting or public administration, the judiciary, financial services, or healthcare
- Solid knowledge of project management, business analysis, and the application of common methodologies
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
- Open, communicative personality with a talent for and enjoyment in building trusting relationships
- Strong written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
