Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes in public administration
  • Identify optimization opportunities
  • Design target/desired processes
  • Model and document processes (e.g., in BPMN)
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Develop efficient processes that deliver public value
  • Support clients from analysis through implementation
  • Implement process management standards

Requirements

  • Strong sense for interdependencies and context
  • Solid methodological foundation in process management
  • Some experience in the public sector
  • Have modelled and documented business processes (e.g., with BPMN)
  • Familiarity with common BPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio)
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working in project-based environments
  • Degree in Public Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or Political Science
