Responsibilities
- As a Consultant at APP you will take on responsibility from day one.
- You lead teams in developing new concepts and defining product, process, and IT requirements.
- You independently manage consulting engagements and develop compelling solutions for business and IT challenges.
- Once the right solution is identified, you ensure sustainable implementation and support our clients through to a successful rollout.
- As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build lasting relationships, continuously expand your network, and acquire new mandates.
- You also have the opportunity to actively shape APP as a co-owner/partner and help determine our future direction.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, or Law
- Three to five years of experience delivering IT-related projects in consulting or public administration, the judiciary, the financial sector, or healthcare
- Solid knowledge of project management, business analysis, and the application of common methodologies
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
- Open, communicative personality with a talent for and enjoyment of building trusting relationships
- Confident written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are an asset
- Flexibility regarding travel within German-speaking Switzerland
