About the role
- Power BI Specialist responsible for designing and maintaining high-quality dashboards at Uriage & Apivita, promoting data-driven decision making through effective data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and optimizes Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Writes efficient DAX formulas to support complex business calculations.
- Works closely with business users to translate reporting needs into technical solutions.
- Participates in regular meetings with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities and enhancements.
- Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and visualizations.
- Monitors report performance and implements improvements when needed.
- Supports end-users through documentation, training, and troubleshooting.
- Prepares, cleans, and transforms data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud datasets) for reporting needs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience working with Power BI
- Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M language)
- Experience working with SQL or relational databases
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Automate, SharePoint) is considered an asset
- Experience designing intuitive and visually impactful dashboards.
- Excellent command of English language; French is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
