About the role
- Junior Power BI Engineer building and maintaining Power BI dataflows at Atos Group. Collaborating on BI solutions and providing training to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for BI solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Connect to various data sources, transform data, and create data models.
- Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
- Implement row-level security on data and have an understanding of application security layers in Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query (M language).
- Proficient in creating complex dashboards using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile.
- Should be able to reverse engineer Tableau Reports\Dashboards
- Experience with data modelling, ETL, and data integration from multiple sources.
- Good Knowledge in Synapse Analytics, Delta tables to work independently on Stored Procedures, Materialized views, Query Optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with business users.
- [Optional] Experience with Power BI Copilot and AI-powered analytics is a plus.
