About the role
- Financial Master Data and BI Specialist building and governing financial data within an international medtech company in Szczecin, Poland. Focused on data quality and Business Intelligence solutions for ERP and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong governance for Financial Master Data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all financial systems.
- Lead the bridging of local Charts of Accounts (CoA) with the Group CoA, enabling smooth integration of financial information from all business units.
- Create a Single Version of the Truth (SVOT) by harmonizing data across platforms and ensuring consistent, transparent reporting structures.
- Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders and the Global BI team in IT, including tabular models, standard reports, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
- Have proven experience in financial master data management, including governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
- Have practical experience with financial reporting, automation and dashboard development
- Are proficient with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar
- Have a solid understanding of ERP systems and their impact on financial operations and reporting
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured working style
- Communicate clearly and can explain technical or data-related topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Are fluent in English
