Responsibilities

  • Completing claim quality reviews, quality measurement, and reporting
  • Helping leaders understand drivers behind claim quality, reserve adequacy, and operational outcomes
  • Partnering closely with claims leadership, underwriting, actuarial, internal audit, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
  • Performing quality claim reviews, identifying trends, risks, and reserve adequacy insights, and translating findings into actionable themes
  • Leading end-to-end review processes including planning, file selection, execution oversight, and reporting
  • Supporting development of structured workflows, dashboards, and training to strengthen quality review effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations
  • Knowledge of claims handling practices
  • Experience working with carrier and/or third-party administrator (TPA) environments
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data-driven reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams
