About the role

Responsibilities
- Preparation and calculation of service and fee proposals for architectural or general planner services
- Obtaining and reviewing service and fee proposals from specialist consultants
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with clients and specialist consultants
- Supporting and participating in proposal and contract negotiations with clients and specialist consultants
- Preparation of proposals for additional fees (change orders)
- Commercial and legal monitoring of projects in close cooperation with project management and project controlling
- Advising executive management and project teams on fee-related and legal matters
- Point of contact for contractual questions
Requirements
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, law, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the commercial and legal management of planning and construction projects
- Good knowledge of HOAI, AHO and Werkvertragsrecht (German law on contracts for work and services) and at least basic legal knowledge
- Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
