Responsibilities
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
Creates an environment of openness, trust and collaboration
Ensures that the various elements of the project are properly co-ordinated. Includes project plan development, project plan execution and integrated change control.
Ensure all reporting is accurate and transparent
Identifies, clarifies and communicates project vision, goals and objectives and how these tie into, support or impedes organizational strategic objectives
Track and report on release metrics, project milestones, and delivery KPIs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and transparency
Able to track investments and benefits delivered to customers
Lead the end-to-end delivery, from inception through to delivery of small to medium to sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within programmes or projects
Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer
Work collaboratively with 3rd party vendors to deliver the best outcome for the customer
Provide financial budget oversight across project deliverables
Agile experience at scale, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.
Experience in Handling high complex migration and lifecycle management.
Experience in Integrating complex application & products.
Proven experience in Release Management, Project Management, or a combination of both within a technology environment.
Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on risk management and quality assurance.
Knowledge of change management processes and ITIL best practices.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
Familiarity with software delivery frameworks and controls to deliver technology solutions.
Technical tool kit: Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI-ACP Agile Delivery: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or AgilePM IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation or higher. Cloud Platforms: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Certified (Associate). DevOps / Release Management: CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitOps
