Requirements
- 5+ years experience building production, full-stack software with a focus on usability
- Experience building and maintaining scalable internal applications and platforms
- Excel at modern web development (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go)
- Strong experience with cloud technologies and services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Focus on reliability and iterative improvement
- Communicate with empathy and understand user needs
