About the role

  • Hydrogeologist Engineer managing groundwater resources and geothermal projects at Antea Group. Involves project management, client relations, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation and compilation of proposals and bids
  • Conduct water exploration and resource protection studies
  • Lead project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) for potable water and geothermal drilling works
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of public and private clients

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
  • Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a consulting firm, engineering office, or company in a similar field
  • Knowledge of public procurement procedures and the French MOP law
  • Adaptability
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Rigor and autonomy
  • Interest in and curiosity about the regional hydrogeological context
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Good organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a team
