About the role

  • Support the German-speaking seller team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
  • Create and update sales materials, presentations and proposals in German
  • Research potential customers, market segments and competitors
  • Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, appointment management, documentation
  • Support small cross-functional projects between Sales, Pre-Sales and Engineering, e.g. input for solution ideas or technical translations

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • Initial experience or interest in sales, customer contact or commercial tasks
  • Internships or part-time jobs are a plus
  • Very good written and spoken German; good English is an advantage
  • Resilience and energy: you stay calm and focused during busy periods and proactively look for solutions rather than problems
  • Self-starter mentality: you like to take initiative, can organize your own work and keep an overview without close supervision
  • Strong communication skills, enjoyment of active participation, initiative
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems is desirable but not required
