Responsibilities
You will manage and develop the OEM business to drive strategic direction and accelerate business growth in the Polish market.
With your technical insight and sales acumen, you will win industry-leading customers in strategic sealing technology sectors such as food & beverage, process, drinking water, and general industry.
You will proactively initiate sales initiatives—primarily in the Polish market—and customer development plans to accelerate growth performance.
You will work closely with customers' technical teams to design and develop solutions for their technical challenges.
You will provide input on market development to help successfully and profitably position customer solutions in the market in collaboration with your team.
Requirements
A degree in engineering or business is required.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B solution selling and technical project management is necessary.
Experience in sealing technology or a related industry is a significant advantage.
A strong sales-oriented and independent personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills is essential.
The ability to present ideas to diverse audiences and communicate at different business levels is required.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills are necessary.
Excellent Polish and English language skills are required.
Flexibility and openness to working from a satellite office with responsibility for the Polish market and reporting to the Sales Manager in Poland are required.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region and to attend the Bielsko-Biała office at least once per quarter for formal business reviews is expected.
