About the role

  • Dynamic Delivery Manager in a collaborative team focusing on the Water Supply network refurbishment. Driving safety, efficiency, and excellence across a critical infrastructure programme.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Safety Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively to maintain engagement and transparency throughout the programme.
  • Oversee programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Maintain robust governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
  • Lead and develop high-performing delivery and construction teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and best practice adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership ability, capable of driving high-performance teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring engagement across multiple functions.
  • Experience in CDM compliance, project delivery, and regulatory environments.
  • Track record of capital scheme delivery within the utilities sector.
  • A good understanding of the Water Supply Process and associated POSWSH Procedures.
  • Ability to challenge performance, drive efficiency improvements, and implement best practices.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
