Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and technology understanding
2+ years experience in customer service (preferred)
Thorough understanding of customer service software remote platforms (preferred)
Experience with Zendesk (preferred)
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
