Bachelor's degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience.
Master's degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
Solid project experience within consulting, including participation in business development activities.
Experience structuring complex problems and delegating responsibilities within project teams.
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
Willingness to travel to client sites (several times per week).
Fluent German and English.
