Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing agile methods (e.g., as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) in complex IT projects
- Proven track record of successfully introducing agile methods and Scrum
- Background in software development is a plus
- Scrum Master certification
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with agile teams and management
- University degree
- Very good German language skills (C1 level)
