About the role
- Senior Finance and Accounts Specialist in charge of month-end financial reporting and balancing at Keyloop. Enabling digital transformation for car dealers and manufacturers through accounting excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post recurring and ad hoc journal entries to ensure accurate accounting records
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage local GAAP and IFRS adjustments
- Oversee day-to-day processing of financial transactions
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, including participation in internal reviews, self-assessments, and external audits
- Support monthly reporting processes and statutory year-end close
- Independently coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- Perform and coordinate month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, and review of financial results
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures; familiarity with IFRS is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Navision, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Solid experience across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank processes
